Data we process

Name, company, email, phone and project details you send through the quote form, and information in CVs sent by email.

How we collect it

Electronically, when you send it to us through the website form, email, phone or WhatsApp.

Purpose

To assess and answer your request, prepare offers and assess job applications.

Legal basis

Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Art. 5/2-c (necessary for entering a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfers

Form content reaches Tekpro through the form service provider (Web3Forms) and email infrastructure, whose servers may be located abroad. We do not share your data with other third parties.

Retention

Requests and applications are kept for the assessment period and applicable legal retention periods, then deleted.
